How can we accelerate climate protection and the like? How do we get the baby boomers and business leaders on board? In our first podcast episode, organic pioneer Werner Lampert, initiator of our platform, talks about what has driven him to get involved in sustainable development for half a century. His thesis on what gives it real tinder: A good dose of solidarity! Listen in!

Werner Lampert (born 1946 in Vorarlberg/Austria) is one of the pioneers in the field of sustainable products and their development in Europe. He has been intensively involved in organic farming since the 1970s. With Back to the origin (HOFER), retour aux sources (ALDI SUISSE) and Ja! Natürlich, he has developed three of the most successful organic brands in the German-speaking world.

  1. The future is plant-based, or it won't happen. Two thirds of arable land is used to grow animal feed, animal products consume immense amounts of water and release huge quantities of greenhouse gases.
In a vegan world, we could turn at least three quarters of the land currently used back into forests; technical solutions for CO² filtering will never work as well as natural forests.
That's why we should turn all the screws, consume less senseless things, fly less, or even better, stop flying and use public transport.
