It requires people for whom organic is not just a job, but a genuine conviction. People who are out in the fields in the morning and sitting in category management meetings in the afternoon—and do both with equal passion. What unites us is a shared set of values: a pioneering spirit and the conviction that economic success and environmental responsibility are not mutually exclusive.

Brigitte Hanzmann-Frodl and Tobias Metzler jointly oversee the strategic and operational management of the LAMPERT company. They carry out their responsibilities with the same dedication that Werner Lampert once embodied, ensuring the continuity of a vision that began in 1998.
