Hello, your products are all great, but one thing bothers me (and that's why I haven't consumed dairy products for a long time), that calves are still being transported abroad. PLEASE BE THE FIRST TO END THIS AT LAST! Sincerely, Mrs. Wunder Margarethe!
Dear Margarethe, in our opinion, the problem of calf exports can only be solved by showing farmers alternative solutions. For this reason, "Zurück zum Ursprung" has launched the "Bruderwohl" project, which aims to ensure that, step by step, more and more young male "Zurück zum Ursprung" animals are reared in accordance with our sustainable animal welfare criteria. In this way, the animals are not only kept within the country, but also form the basis for high-quality food. The project aims to bring high-quality meat specialties, such as organic veal, organic lamb or organic kid goats, back into the consciousness of the Austrian population.
